The work has no reference to a specific location or moment; time and place are both undefined. This piece is an expression of his quiet, ongoing surrender to life’s journey. He surrenders himself to the road, hoping that, perhaps this time, what is lost may be found. For him, it is an endless path through the mountains—a relentless attempt to relive the day before.
